These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MindQuest (the “App”), provided by BK ESELLERS LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
MindQuest is a general wellness app intended to support relaxation, reflection, and focus. It does not provide medical, mental health, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. MindQuest does not replace professional healthcare. If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the App. If you are under 18, you should use the App with permission of a parent or guardian.
The App may allow you to enter journal notes, mood check-ins, and preferences (“User Content”). User Content is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your device security and backups. If you uninstall the App or clear storage, your local data may be deleted.
MindQuest may offer optional rewarded advertisements (e.g., to unlock game time or in-game benefits). Availability of ads is not guaranteed and may depend on your region, device, and ad provider. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.
We may update or change the App at any time, including adding, removing, or modifying features. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The App, including its design, branding, text, and features, is owned by BK ESELLERS LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law.
The App may use third-party services (for example, Google AdMob). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond what is required by law.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BK ESELLERS LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time.
